Our policy is valid 45 days from date your order was received.
Prepared Hero wants you to be beyond satisfied with your experience with us so we have made returning or exchanging products easy. If you are dissatisfied with our product, or if it arrives damaged, you may return or exchange unused or damaged products up to 45 days from the date that you received your order for a full refund, less original shipping costs, according to the following terms. Customer is responsible for shipping costs back to Prepared Hero. You may also return your product for store credit or a different product, at your request.
To obtain a refund or exchange, you must return any damaged or unused portion of your order, your return or exchange must be approved, and the return or exchange must be received within 45 days of the date your order was received. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to any error by Prepared Hero is not subject to this refund policy.

To initiate a refund, email us at order-notify@preparedhero.com or call 1 888 457 2672 (Monday – Friday 9 AM – 5 PM EST). You may also initiate a return by replying to your order confirmation email. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions to return the order for a full refund of the product price, less determined shipping costs.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend sending all returned items using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery.
After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 5-7 business days to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.
